Our Story
A Legacy Built by Scott Daves
Since 1999, Scott Daves has worked commercial real estate out of Dripping Springs, serving Austin and the surrounding Southwest counties along the Hwy 290 W and RR 12 corridors. What started as commercial sales and leasing grew, over time, into farm & ranch and residential expertise as well. That growth was the natural result of working the same corridors long enough to know the land as well as the buildings on it.
That approach built a practice on repeat clients and referrals, closing hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions. Today, that same practice has grown into Daves Commercial and Land Group, a team that advises owners, investors, developers, and occupiers on both sides of the table, across several types of real estate.
We stay deliberately small. Every assignment is worked by a team member who knows the county, the market, and the buyer pool, with senior involvement from first call to closing.
