Over more than two decades, he has closed hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions, working with buyers and sellers throughout Dripping Springs, Austin, and the surrounding Southwest counties.

Born and raised in Dripping Springs, Tanner Daves has always been rooted in the hill country he now serves. Growing up, he watched his father, Scott Daves, successfully carve out a name for himself as one of the top Realtors in the Dripping Springs area, and that same entrepreneurial drive shaped how Tanner approaches his own work today. After time spent as a firefighter, he brought that same discipline and work ethic into real estate, following in his father's footsteps and joining the Daves Commercial and Land Group team.

Will Ross is a real estate professional serving Hays, Blanco, Caldwell, and surrounding counties. His approach is rooted in two formative experiences: the discipline he carried from his time in the U.S. Navy, and growing up on his family's farm, where he learned that land is more than an asset. It's something a family works, maintains, and builds a life around. That perspective still shapes every deal he takes on.
